Maintenance Preventive Engineer

Objective

Ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of plant equipment and facilities through proper planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs, guaranteeing continuity of operations and reducing unscheduled downtime.

Main Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Monitor and analyze key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and plan compliance.

Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations to minimize downtime.

Propose and implement technical improvements to increase equipment reliability and lifespan.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.

Manage spare parts and materials for preventive maintenance.

Document and update maintenance procedures, reports, and logs.

Train and support technical staff in preventive maintenance tasks.

Position Requirements

Intermediate English proficiency.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or similar).

Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).

Experience in Operations / Maintenance.

Experience in Maintenance Planning & Control within the Automotive Industry.

Knowledge of Aluminium Handling.

Experience in Manufacturing Industry.

Leadership skills.
