We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing client team at MezTal in Guadalajara. This role will focus on managing U.S. payroll across multiple entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in every cycle. You will play a key part in supporting over 1,100 employees across 18 entities, handling both weekly and biweekly payroll.

Main Responsibilities

• Process biweekly and weekly payroll for all U.S. entities.
• Handle payroll-related activities, including bonuses, commissions, terminations, off-cycle payments, and reporting.
• Manage 401K contributions and child support payments.
• Oversee payroll for 18 entities and approximately 1,100 employees.
• Ensure payroll compliance with U.S. regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leaders to resolve payroll inquiries.
