Team Overview

Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for turning insights into action? As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making, working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Latam to drive impactful initiatives and operational efficiencies. You’ll leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, or R to uncover insights and shape strategy. This is your chance to be at the heart of decision-making, influence business growth, and collaborate with dynamic teams across a fast-paced, innovative organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary source of data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the Neighborhood project.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals.
• Lead strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
