Internal Recruiter (EVA) – Edge Virtual Assistants Compensation : $1,300 / month
Schedule : Monday–Friday | Regular Business Hours
Location : Remote
Edge Virtual Assistants is growing, and we’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to help us find, attract, and onboard top-quality virtual assistants who embody our values — Be Real, Be Elite, Be Better .
If you love connecting with people, organizing recruitment campaigns, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
Create and post recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
Conduct first and second-round interviews with applicants
Manage candidate tracking and documentation in our CRM
Update applicant information and records in Google Drive and CRM systems
Collaborate with the internal team.
Support administrative and HR-related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For :
~ Strong communication and organizational skills
~2-3 years of experience with LinkedIn recruiting, scheduling, or HR support preferred
~ Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace and CRM platforms
~ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring pipelines
~ Passionate about finding top talent and helping people grow in their careers
