Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing product strategies based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive profitability and growth.
- Overseeing the entire development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design to create new products.
- Leading and coordinating efforts across diverse departments, such as engineering, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Maintaining a central repository of product information, managing documentation, and ensuring data is used effectively throughout the product lifecycle.
- Improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards by optimizing business processes related to product management.
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), product performance, and profitability to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
- Managing the final stages of a product's life, including updates and retirement, to ensure a smooth transition and maximize residual value.
Mandatory Skills Description :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in product or program management.Strong understanding of PLM principles and product development processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.SAP certification preferred.Bilingual (Spanish / English).Languages : English : C1 Advanced
