As HR Business Partner Hub US you will act as strategic advisor to business leaders and employees within the U.S. Nearshoring Hub based in Mexico City. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and HR practices driving initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition development performance management organizational culture and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities :

  • Talent Acquisition : Ensure efficient recruitment processes for Hub US positions Design onboarding and retention strategies that enhance employee experience.
  • Talent Management : Plan and implement HR processes training and organizational development change management and policy implementation.
  • Strategic HR Process Control : Monitor improve and streamline HR processes ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communication & Collaboration : Act as key point of contact building strong partnerships with stakeholders in the U.S. and Mexico as well as with Hub employees to ensure effective communication trust and engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning organizational design and succession planning. Provide expert guidance on employee relations conflict resolution and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes recruitment performance management compensation and training.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools e.g. Greenhouse.
  • Data-driven decision-making using HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Solid knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term vision and immediate needs.
  • High adaptability in fast-paced dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on collaborative solutions.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources Psychology Business Administration or related field.

    Languages : Bilingual - Advanced English B2-C1 and Spanish mandatory.

    Experience :

    Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience. At least 3 years in a Business Partner role or equivalent preferably in multinational environments.

    Exposure to U.S. HR practices and cross-border collaboration highly desirable.

    Job Overview

    This position serves as a critical interface between business leaders and employees across different functions and geographies. It requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to navigate complex dynamics effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition : Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse pool of candidates. Design and implement effective onboarding processes to foster a positive work environment.

    Talent Management : Drive business growth through strategic workforce planning and talent development initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes accordingly.

    HR Process Control : Oversee the end-to-end HR process lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Continuously monitor and refine these processes to align with evolving business needs.

    Communication and Collaboration : Foster open communication channels across departments and geographic locations. Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate seamless collaboration and drive business success.

    Other Key Responsibilities : Partner with leadership to develop strategic plans and provide input on organizational design and succession planning. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

    Requirements

    Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

    Languages : Bilingual - Advanced English (B2-C1) and Spanish (mandatory).
