Endpoint Management Specialist

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for administering and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.Main Responsibilities : Configure compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app protection policies in Microsoft Intune.Implement Windows Autopilot for streamlined device deployment.S support conditional access integration with Azure AD and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.Deploy and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro integrated with Microsoft Intune.Configure and enforce security policies such as FileVault and software distribution.Manage patching, software deployment, and device compliance using Ivanti EPM.Automate security updates and troubleshoot endpoint performance issues.Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to enhance endpoint management efficiency.Train and support L1 / L2 teams in troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Ivanti.Requirements : To be successful in this role, you will need : 6+ years of experience in endpoint management with a specialization in Microsoft Intune (MEM).

Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and MDM configurations.Strong proficiency in Jamf Pro for macOS management and integration with Microsoft Intune.Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) for Windows endpoint security and patch management.Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and troubleshooting.Ability to perform L3-level troubleshooting including device enrollment issues, policy conflicts, and compliance failures.
