About Us : Oriental Yuhong is a global leader in waterproofing, roofing, and construction materials, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for sustainable infrastructure. With a strong presence in over 100 countries, our Mexico division is expanding rapidly to serve the growing construction and industrial markets. We seek a dynamic Marketing Promotion Manager to drive brand awareness and market penetration in Mexico.

Job Overview : The Marketing Promotion Manager will design and execute strategic marketing campaigns to elevate the Oriental Yuhong brand, generate leads, and support sales growth. This role requires expertise in Distribution & Retail marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to align with business objectives in the construction and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Channel-Centric Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to building material distributors, wholesalers, and key channel partners in Mexico.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the channel network to optimize product positioning and promotional ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with channel sales targets and distributor capabilities.

2.Channel Partner Enablement

  • Create co-branded marketing collateral, training materials, and sales tools to empower distributors and drive sell-through.
  • Organize joint promotional campaigns (e.g., rebates, volume discounts, loyalty programs) to incentivize channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess channel needs and provide on-ground support for localized promotions.
  • 3.Leverage CRM data to track channel performance and refine lead-nurturing strategies.

    4.Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Analyze channel sales data, competitor activities, and market trends to adjust promotional tactics.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as distributor engagement, lead conversion rates, and sell-out growth.
  • 5.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product management to tailor messaging for channel-specific audiences.
  • Coordinate with regional / global teams to adapt international campaigns for the Mexican market.
  • Qualifications :

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

    2. 5+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on channel sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial sectors.

  • Proven experience in designing and executing channel partner programs (e.g., distributor incentives, co-marketing initiatives).
  • Strong understanding of Mexico’s building materials distribution landscape (key players, procurement cycles, decision-makers).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with channel partners.
  • Building materials company marketing and distribution management are preferred.
  • Ceramic enterprise, hardware, pipe industry, sand powder, waterproof coating and other enterprises, marketing manager experience is preferred
