Minimum 8 to 12 yrs of IT experience Good communication skills in English and Spanish languages Expertise in Java, Gen AI technology stack Experience of working in offshore-onshore model. Should be able to co-ordinate with offshore team to drive activities. Experience of managing, implementing projects in Java, Microservices, Database technologies. Experience in end-to-end SDLC implementation, documentation, Agile and waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in Java , Springboot Strong in SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with secure cloud platforms and architecture. Skilled in writing clear, maintainable, and secure code . Proficiency with secure version control ( Git ) and collaborative dev practices.
