Purpose :

PCI DSS Compliance is a critical program for HSBC Bank USA, N.A. We are looking for a

PCI Compliance Manager

that will support the initiative for the US.

The PCI Compliance Manager will support our efforts by obtaining the PCI SC Internal Security Assessor Certification to support our efforts in maintaining compliance through analysis and assessment, remediation, distribution, and successful delivery of the program and ensuring benefits realization.

They operate at a support level and engages and influences a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners across HSBC.

Main Activities

Engages across HSBC to drive, deliver and support sustainable growth in revenue and market share in line with HSBC's strategy.

Achieving excellence.

Drives business results and collaboration, persevering under pressure.

Change & Implementation Management.

Architects complex, large-scale change solutions, specifying all elements of the change journey and audience impacts.

Optimizes the use of global solutions in delivering business requirements to consolidate and support the deployment of the global business model.

Conduct IT and Cyber audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and compliance with industry standards.

Strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Uses relationship management skills / tools to responsibly influence decisions and stakeholder advocacy.

Risk & issue management : Anticipates risks / issues / dependencies that are not easily evident and ensures business and operational risks are appropriately controlled in line with Group and business objectives.
