This includes developing a comprehensive learning and development plan, designing tailored training programs, conducting learning needs analysis, and managing budgets.

We utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick levels and make improvements accordingly.We strive to onboard new colleagues with an engaging orientation program that immerses them in our brand values and service culture.
