Job Overview

Ensure the optimal functioning of equipment, services, and the building. Develop strategies and tactics to meet and exceed expectations. Implement process improvements and support departments. Ensure preventive maintenance of all assets, execute cost reduction projects, and increase capacity.

System Programming and Implementation

Program and implement automatic systems.

A Day In The Life

Ensure the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Guarantee the proper functioning of all plant assets, building, machinery, equipment, and services.

Support departments in improvements, installations, manufacturing, and equipment repairs.

Propose and execute improvements to processes, equipment, and facilities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Manage machinery movements, electrical installations, pneumatic installations, and equipment repairs.

Manage company resources responsibly.

Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, downtime, preventive maintenance adherence, MTBF, response time, and MTBR.

Implement and monitor TPM and autonomous maintenance programs.

Maintain 5S standards in the plant and work areas.

Ensure compliance with certifications for equipment, cranes, hoists, and critical equipment.

Program PLCs and automate processes.

Improve equipment controls and implement automated improvements.

What will help you thrive in this role?

Completed engineering or technical training in PLC control and automation. Intermediate technical English. Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, control systems, PLCs, leadership skills, and a focus on industrial safety.
