We are looking for a professional with a law degree with experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
Location : Monterrey, N.L.
The ideal candidate will have the following :
- Four to six years of experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
- Significant experience in dispute resolution and commercial bankruptcy.
- Advanced knowledge of workouts and insolvency proceedings.
- Bilingual.
- Strong client service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proven ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders and clients.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- High sense of urgency
