Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications;.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.

Perform discovery of customer current process, solution or platform.

Develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively and efficiently with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams.

Collaborating with the team to make sure the requirements are going to be delivered according to customer quality criteria.

Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.Must have : Identifying and building end-user requirementsBilingual Spanish and English (advanced / fluent)Deep knowledge in payments applicationsK nowledge in bank ing or process ing backofficeGreat knowledge and experience on ISO 858 3Great knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts, certification process, policies and workflowExperience in business rules for payments applicationsHigh proficiency in business requirement writingExtensive experience with data visualizationCustomer service skillsFollow-up skillsProven analytical abilitiesExperience in generating process documentationExcellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insightsNice to have : Deep knowledge in one of the following applications : IST Switch Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator (functional point of view).
