Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solutioning Tech Director with over 8 years of expertise to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of transformative digital strategies by deeply understanding client needs and crafting tailored, high-impact technology solutions. This position focuses on driving solution design, fostering strong client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and championing innovation to deliver exceptional value-reflecting Motivus’ dedication to excellence and cutting-edge advancements in technology.

Solution Design
- Client Needs Analysis : Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and convert business needs into comprehensive digital solutions.
- Solution Design : Provide technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and efficient digital solutions.
- Offering Development : Engage in cross-technology and industry vertical collaborations.
- Value-Added Solutions : Focus on delivering high-impact, outcome-based projects that drive additional value for clients.
Solutions Sales
Support proposal development and client presentations to communicate the value of Motivus’ solutions.Manage the breadth of solution offerings across multiple technology areas and lead competitive RFPs.Utilize negotiation skills and effective communication to support Sales and Delivery teams with new business opportunities.Regularly visits to CDMX to deliver client proposals, defend RFP submissions, and negotiate strategic agreements with senior-level stakeholders.Client Engagement
Develop and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, especially senior leaders, to foster strong partnerships.Oversee the architecture and design of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with technological standards and best practices.Ensure smooth integration of solutions into clients' environments, maintaining continuous improvement and alignment with evolving business needs.Champion innovation by identifying and driving opportunities for improvement in digital processes.Innovation & Industry Expertise
Drive the creation and reuse of internal accelerators, frameworks, and IP to enhance delivery speed and quality.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to promote forward-thinking digital solution development.Act as a thought leader in identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and enhance the client experience.Qualifications
Extensive Technical Leadership : Over 8 years of experience in software development, specializing in solution architecture, technical leadership, and sales engineering within client-facing roles.Sales Expertise and Client Engagement : Proven ability to lead large-scale sales processes, including RFPs and competitive engagements, by understanding client needs.Technical proposals : Adept at crafting and delivering impactful technical pitches, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase Motivus' strengths and solutions.Exceptional Communication and Negotiation : Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, excelling in high-stakes client interactions and building long-term partnerships.Process and Solution Design Excellence : Advanced skills in solution design, project management, and implementing best practices for digital transformation and innovation.Technology Background : Primary expertise in Data & AI, with additional experience in cloud technologies and software development considered valuable.Why Join Us?
