Site Reliability Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)Shows interest in automating infrastructure provisioning.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)Understands basic principles of access control, encryption, and audit logging.
Awareness of security and compliance best practicesCan clearly explain technical concepts and contribute to team knowledge bases.Able to navigate, troubleshoot, and manage basic server operations.
Intermediate proficiency in Linux systems administrationCapable of writing automation scripts for routine tasks and log parsing.
Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)Familiar with core services like EC2, S3, IAM, and monitoring tools.
Understanding of AWS cloud platformUnderstands how code moves from development to production.
Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions)Can interpret metrics and logs to identify system health issues.
