Job Summary : We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee BIWIN Storage's product portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the development and lifecycle management of our storage solutions, balancing technical requirements with market needs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our products remain competitive and aligned with customer demands.Key Responsibilities : Product Strategy : Define and execute product roadmaps for BIWIN's storage solutionsIdentify market opportunities and develop business cases for new product developmentMarket Research : Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to inform product decisionsStay abreast of storage technology trends and evolving customer requirementsProduct Development : Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product specificationsManage product development timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new productsLifecycle Management : Monitor and manage existing product performance, making recommendations for improvements or EOL decisionsDevelop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitivenessCross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure successful product launchesProvide product training and sales enablement support to internal teamsPerformance Tracking : Establish KPIs to measure product success and create regular performance reportsAnalyze product profitability and market share to guide strategic decisionsQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred4+ years of product management experience, preferably in the storage industry or IT hardwareStrong understanding of storage technologies (SSDs, DRAM, memory cards)Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision makingOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesProven track record of successful product launchesExperience with product management methodologies and tools
