Now Hiring : Treasury Manager Cuautitlán Izcalli | Full-time | Hybrid A leading company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Treasury Manager to join its finance team. This role is key to ensuring efficient cash flow management and overseeing end-to-end treasury operations. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning - Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes - Manage banking relationships and optimize financial transactions - Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies - Support month-end and year-end closing activities - Lead and develop a high-performing treasury team Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred) - Proven experience in treasury management within a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of AP / AR processes and cash management tools - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) - Excellent analytical and leadership skills - Fluent in English and Spanish
