Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical / Solution Architect with over 7 years of expertise in implementing and designing Salesforce solutions, at least 5 years of hands-on solution-building experience , with at least 2 years of experience in Data Cloud and 1+ years in conversational AI / Agentforce to join our growing team.

You will work directly on client-facing projects, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI to deliver scalable, AI-powered business outcomes on Salesforce Industry, Sales, and Service Cloud.

You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce platform, overseeing successful project execution and playing a critical role in engaging with clients and providing technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Project Engagement
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and pain points, translating them into Salesforce requirements. Clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Evaluate project scope and client objectives to generate accurate effort estimates and delivery timelines on projects
• Solution Design & Build : Architect and implement tailored Salesforce-AI solutions that align with business objectives using both predictive and generative SF AI products such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein Discovery (Prediction Builder, Next Best Action) . Both develop as well as lead a team of developers
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Testing & Validation : Work closely with internal and external project teams during each phase of the project to ensure proper testing and validation of deployed solutions.
• Training & Adoption Support : Provide end-user training and documentation as needed.
• Continuous Improvement : Recommend enhancements, improvements, and automation to the delivered solution based on changing business needs.
• Team Mentorship & Development : Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical coaching to the team.
• Performance Management : Support performance evaluations, provide feedback, and help set professional development goals for team members.
• Subject Matter Expert : Be the know-how person for everything related to SF AI – Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein Discovery (Prediction Builder, Next Best Action). Recommend and implement ways to incorporate cutting-edge solutions to further enhance SF AI processes and solutions.
• Process Improvement : Work closely with the OU head on process improvements. Recommend, lead, and implement SF AI activities such as best practices, goto tools, templates, and team efficiency.
