We're Hiring | Senior Analyst - Client Support. Capital Markets

Are you passionate about fintech and ready to grow your career at a global company like Nasdaq? This is your chance.

Your mission : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Calypso software. You'll collaborate across teams and help shape product improvements that impact global capital markets.

What you'll do :

Analyze and resolve support cases from clients and partners.
Test and deliver hotfixes.
Contribute to product enhancement processes.
Stay current on market trends and financial products.
Mentor new team members.

What we're looking for :

3–5 years of experience in banking, finance, or financial software.

Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, FX, and collateral management.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Strong analytical and mathematical background.

Java knowledge is a plus
