At the heart of our organization, we have a vital role available for an individual who will oversee the operational efficiency of our sales pipeline.
The primary goal is to maintain a smooth flow of deals through Pipedrive, ensuring that follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner and contracts & SOWs are efficiently managed.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for :
- Follow-Ups : Send timely follow-up emails and reminders within 24 hours of meetings to ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Contracts & SOWs : Draft, edit, and manage templates; guarantee signatures are collected and filed accurately.
- Pipeline Hygiene : Maintain a clean Pipedrive pipeline by updating notes, deal stages, and next steps – zero stale deals allowed.
- Lead Vetting : Screen inbound leads against established ICP criteria before passing them on to the relevant team members.
- Task Assignments : Create and track internal tasks in Pipedrive (or equivalent) to ensure smooth sales-to-delivery handoffs.
- Documentation : Maintain up-to-date sales playbooks, templates, and process checklists to facilitate efficient operations.
- Admin Support : Provide calendar coordination, call prep packs, and light prospect research to support the sales team's efforts.
To excel in this position, you should possess :
Hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM.Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.Strong written communication skills for professional follow-ups.Familiarity with contracts and SOW workflows.A proactive approach, with a passion for checklists and deadlines.1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or coordination (agency / marketing / tech preferred).
