About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the electronics and home appliance sectors across Mexico and North America. You will focus on selling customized packaging solutions that meet technical, supply chain, and sustainability requirements, while building strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
This role combines strategic sales, account management, and solution selling , giving you the opportunity to work closely with engineering and production teams to deliver high-value, tailored packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting consumer electronics, mobile devices, computers, and home appliance manufacturers.
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with OEM, ODM, and EMS clients in Mexico.
- Manage key accounts , building strong relationships and understanding client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized packaging solutions , from RFQ to mass production.
- Achieve sales and profit targets while monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company during client visits, technical discussions, and business negotiations .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields .5+ years of B2B sales experience , with at least 3 years in electronics or home appliances .Proven track record selling packaging, components, or related solutions to OEM / ODM / EMS clients.Existing network of clients in Mexico’s electronics / appliance sector preferred.Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English .Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and account management skills .Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Why Join Us
