Effective Training Delivery

  • This role is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of manufacturing employees.

Job Description :

The Assembly Trainer will be responsible for providing training on operational processes, equipment usage, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct and execute training sessions for new and existing manufacturing employees.
  • Develop and update training materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to trainees.
  • Assess training needs through observation and feedback to identify knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and manufacturing best practices.
  • Utilize various instructional techniques and delivery methods to facilitate effective learning.
  • Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance sheets and training completion certificates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to continuously improve training programs and identify areas for enhancement.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in training delivery and development.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
