Job Description

Key responsibilities :

• Work with digital health office to confirm requirements and establish and maintain expectations around deliverables while producing solutions that enhance patient loyalty and outcomes.
• Be able to manage the entire SDLC including user interaction and testing.
• Enhance and maintain existing dynamics platform.
• Be able to provide business and technical assistance to the Director when needed around project workload, customer expectations / deliverables, release coordination, and escalation management.
