Purpose and Scope
This role is responsible for developing compelling visual solutions across print and digital formats, with a strong focus on retail displays, packaging, and marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and produce graphics for POS displays (FSDUs, CTUs, headers, fixtures) and packaging.
- Develop multi-channel marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogs, signage, and digital assets.
- Create and adapt artwork across various formats and languages, ensuring brand consistency.
- Prepare, check, and deliver high-quality artwork files for print and digital production.
- Collaborate with structural designers to align artwork with die-lines and cutter guides.
- Support the creation of presentation decks, mood boards, and visuals for client pitches.
- Execute creative solutions aligned with client marketing strategies and visual identity guidelines.
- Route files for approval and manage handoff to production teams.
- Stay current with design trends and apply innovative approaches to client needs.
Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.3+ years of experience in graphic design / artwork creation, preferably in retail, packaging, or agency environments.Strong portfolio showcasing POS graphics, packaging, and marketing collateral.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Experience with print production and technical specs.Familiarity with responsive design, social media outputs, and digital reformatting.Upper-intermediate English required.Strong typographic, layout, and color skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.Video editing and motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
