Descripción del trabajoAt least 1 year of experience in high volume recruitment (preferably on the BPO sector) Advanced knowledge and skills with business software applications. MS Office applications. Advance Excel applications and Applicant Tracking Systems Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree, certificated. Ensures compliance of Recruitment KPI’s
- Organize recruitment team activities to achieve the goals
- Ensures the application and follow up of Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures.
- Supervises day-to-day Recruitment, Selection and placement Procedure.
- Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
- Reviews Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and updates where necessary.
- Implements Recruitment, Selection and Placement enhancements where needed.
- Enhance Company Branding
- Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives, and market characteristics, cost factors.
- Increase social networking capability
B2+ / C1 proficiency in English
