Job Summary : Clinical Service Lines Manager

Location : Guadalajara, Mexico

About the Role :

The Clinical Service Lines Manager oversees 3–5 direct reports and a total span of 150–250 team members across multiple sites in Mexico. This role manages P&L, ensures operational excellence, drives process improvements, and leads client relationships for clinical services. The manager will collaborate with leadership to execute long-term strategic initiatives while maintaining service delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Manage P&L, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
  • Lead 1–2 large or up to 4 medium / small projects in Clinical Services.
  • Implement process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (IT, Admin, Process Excellence, HR, etc.) to drive service quality.
  • Monitor performance metrics, handle escalations, and ensure SLA adherence.

People & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor Assistant Managers and Team Leaders.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
  • Partner with HR to manage recruitment, attrition, and talent mix.
  • Support training, coaching, and career development initiatives.
  • Engage with at least 30% of team members monthly through group discussions.
  • Client Management

  • Manage client relationships and support account growth.
  • Lead key client meetings (MBRs, QBRs, escalations).
  • Track regulatory updates and market trends to provide business insights.
  • Partner with Customer Success to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue and margin performance
  • Customer NPS & churn rates
  • Employee NPS & retention
  • SLA adherence and quality standards
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : Medical Doctor with Cedula and provisional license
  • Experience : 8–10 years in healthcare operations with leadership experience in clinical support functions (e.g., RCM, coding, documentation).
  • Skills :
  • P&L and budget management across multi-site operations
  • Process improvement and project management (Lean Six Sigma preferred)
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Talent development and large-team leadership experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, etc.)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
