Key responsabilities

Onboarding & Off-boarding process
Talent management and identification of high impact profiles.
Organizational change
Training and staff development needs
Industrial relations
Regulatory and client audits (both internal and external)
Compensation strategy
Management indicators
Budget
HRIS
Management of corporate internal communication
Other personnel management activities.

Key requeriments

Profesional : Administration, Industrial Psychology, Social Worker or related.
