Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee quality engineering (QE) elements in large‑scale enterprise projects.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solution quality and compliance with standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation for web applications, RESTful APIs, and databases.
• Execute tests using Java, TestNG, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Integrate automation with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins and version control with Git.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid‑level developers, promoting QA best practices.
• Apply agile and design methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean, Agile) to improve processes and outcomes.
• Take ownership of team deliverables, ensuring quality objectives and deadlines are met.
