About the role

UCB is looking for a Rare Disease Partner who has the ability to drive demand generation in public and private institutions and sectors, educate key decision-makers about the molecule indications and the disease, facilitate access, and eliminate barriers to treatment adoption within the rare disease ecosystem in Mexico. Based In MTY.

The Rare Disease Partner is a hybrid role that combines expertise in strategic sales, access, and high-level discussions. The primary objective is to drive demand generation in public and private institutions, educate key decision-makers in the public and private sectors about the molecule indications and the disease, facilitate access, and eliminate barriers to treatment adoption within the rare disease ecosystem in Mexico.

Navigate private and public reimbursement processes, optimizing patient referral pathways, and positioning the unmet medical need within the healthcare ecosystem, driving early diagnosis, and enabling therapy financing while ensuring long-term sustainability, to expand product adoption to contribute to changing the pathway to a better reality for families living with rare diseases.
