Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities : ">

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various platforms.

Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their inquiries or incidents.

Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications : ">

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.

Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.

Ability to lead problem-solving activities.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience using customer service platforms and software.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of the industry and product fulfillment processes is a plus.

Job Type : Full-time.

Work Schedule : 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday / Weekend shift : Thursday to Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Workplace : On-site position / Remote for Saturdays and Sundays.
