Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes, ensuring timely payments and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage the administration of corporate benefits, including life insurance, health insurance, and fuel allowances.

- Lead and develop a high-performing payroll and benefits team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 4 years' experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits, with a proven track record leading teams.Strong knowledge of payroll reconciliations, cost analysis, employer contributions, and regulatory compliance.Experience managing a large employee base.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, with effective communication and a results-driven approach.
