We are seeking a driven, organized, and resourcefulBusiness Development Representativeto support our growing offshore and nearshore staffing agency. In this hybrid role, youll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing strategic referral partners, and improving recruiting efficiency by handling early-stage candidate communications.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands the balance between sales outreach and recruiting coordination. Youll work directly with company leadership to identify growth opportunities and help ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify and reach out to potential clients and strategic referral partnersConduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedInMaintain and nurture business relationships to generate qualified leadsSchedule sales calls and support follow-ups with potential clientsAssist in preparing proposals, follow-up documentation, and client onboarding coordination

Recruiting Coordination

Review incoming job applications and filter qualified candidatesConduct initial screening messages or calls to pre-qualify talentSchedule interviews between candidates and internal recruiting or client teamsKeep candidates informed on next steps and timelinesMaintain accurate records in the CRM throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Administrative Support

Manage CRM entries and ensure all pipeline activity is accurately trackedRespond to emails in a timely and professional mannerAssist with calendar scheduling for internal and client meetingsCoordinate documentation for partnerships and candidate placementsFollow SOPs and help refine internal workflows for greater efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years experience in business development, recruiting, or account managementStrong English fluencyexcellent verbal and written communication is a mustProven experience withphone sales or appointment settingHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailComfortable working in and managing aCRM(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, High Level)Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and timelines simultaneouslyTech-savvy with experience using modern communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently

Nice To Have

Previous experience in the staffing, recruiting, or BPO industryFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment softwareUnderstanding of outbound sales strategy and lead generation campaignsSpanish or bilingual language skills (preferred but not required)

Working Hours

Full-time schedule with at least46 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time(exact hours to be coordinated).Must be available to respond to messages within 10 minutes during active collaboration windows
