Human Resources Manager Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, collaborating closely with stakeholders on strategic initiatives. They will possess strong business coordination and communication skills, as well as the ability to implement HR policies effectively.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard new hires; Conduct performance management and provide feedback; Manage payroll and benefits for employees
- Talent recruitment, confirm business needs and build a team
- Responsible for the management of expatriate personnel with the group
- Other work arranged by the leader
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesLocal HR experience in Mexico, proficiency in spoken Chinese.
