TCS is looking for a Monitor Engineer (Dynatrace) Work modality : Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week) Job summary : - Min. 2 years of experience with Dynatrace and Nagios - Intermediate English - Monitoring Engineer for QA environments, using tools like Dynatrace, Nagios. - Report and follow up issues detected until solved with responsible areas like infrastructure, security etc. - Support configuring alerts (if required) - Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures). - Support to monitor during performance test to identify potential issues. - Participate in meetings with diverse groups like Development, Infrastructure, Security, other vendors.
