Process Excellence Manager

What you'll do : Drive alignment between Finance, Operations, Commercial, Tech, and Data teams.Optimize financial and operational data flows to enable accurate and actionable reporting.Support data-driven decision-making across the Americas region.Map and improve data flows across ERP, OMS, and other systems.Ensure accurate and consistent P&L reporting across teams.Enhance BI dashboards and reporting logic (Tableau / Power BI).

Lead data and reporting improvement projects across functions.Promote a data-driven culture through training and clear documentation.What we ´re looking for : Must-Have : Bachelor's in Finance, Analytics, Accounting, or similar.5+ years in data / finance operations, project management, or continuous improvement.Strong knowledge of P&L, accounting, and financial reporting.Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI).

Experience in stakeholder management and process documentation.Nice-to-Have : Advanced SQL / data modeling.ERP experience (preferably MS Dynamics 365).
