We are looking for the best talent at General Offices in Interlomas to be :

Engineering Intern in General Offices

Start Date : December 1, 2025.

Work Schedule : Part-time with flexible hours

Duration : 12 - 24 months

Profile : Active university student in related fields such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar areas.

Qualifications : Graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.

Salary : The gross salary for interns ranges from $8,500 mxn to $17,000 mxn. Compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

Accessibility : Office on the third floor with elevator access, adapted for wheelchair / mobility-impaired users, with automatic door bathrooms and accessible meeting rooms.

Driving : Not required.

Our ESS team is looking for an intern to serve as the single point accountable (SPA) between P&G and the Contract Manufacturer (CM) for operational matters. The intern will provide hands-on experience in operational leadership, project management, and process optimization, supporting key initiatives, including overseeing the customization process, leading savings projects for the LA region, and driving simplification and standardization efforts between CMS and P&G.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to oversee the customization process at the site level.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the identification and analysis of cost-saving opportunities within the LA region.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work with multifunctional teams to identify and document best practices in processes between CMS and P&G to improve operational efficiency.
