Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse activities including inventory control, shipping and receiving, team supervision, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Supervise and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA).
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory, and proper warehouse practices (FIFO, labeling, rotation).
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, managing logistics providers and optimizing freight performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system transactions in ERP / WMS (e.g., SAP).
• Partner with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, planning) to support business goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead warehouse-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all warehouse areas.
