Position : Systems & AI Manager

Lead the company’s technology and artificial intelligence strategy, ensuring efficient operation of information systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical support. Implement innovative AI and data analysis solutions, manage end-to-end ERP projects, and optimize business processes through technology, supporting strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT, infrastructure, technical support, cybersecurity, and data analysis teams.
• Implement and oversee end-to-end ERP projects, ensuring proper integration of modules such as accounting, HR, production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, inventory, and CDS.
• Develop and deploy AI-based solutions and advanced data analysis.
• Manage and control IT budgets and technology projects.
• Provide support and assistance to users, ensuring operational continuity of systems.
• Design and analyze strategic reports using tools such as Power BI, Dash, and advanced Excel.
• Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity policies.
• Evaluate and propose technological improvements to optimize processes and enhance business efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with senior management to present results, projects, and technology recommendations.
