Your activities :

  • Establishes and orchestrates HCPs touchpoint activation process.
  • Identifies, evaluates and builds best practice HCP activation tools with a high sense of ROI.
  • Setup and execution of selected channels according to multi-channel mix (technical execution).
  • Administrator / owner of digital tool / platforms like IQVIA CRM / OCED / others internal.
  • Provides analytics and KPIs to evaluate existing campaigns and give concrete suggestions for further actions.
  • Provides analytics business KPIs like sell out (ATV / K Knobloch), Prescription MS (Close Up).
  • Liaises with external service providers and HCP communication platforms to drive penetration.
  • Manages agency and vendor relationships and ensures that 3rd parties have what they need to deliver contracted multichannel services.
  • Ensures and drives key internal and external stakeholder alignment.
  • Be responsible for scouting new trends and spread them with relevant cross functional team members

Your skills :

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related professions.
  • Master Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • English fluent is required.
  • 2+ Yrs Marketing experience.
  • 2+ Yrs Management experience in medical detailing field forces.
  • 2+ Yrs experience in B2B, B2B2C or CRM marketing.
  • Experience in Content Development / Design.
  • Experience in field operations / MKT Digital activities and hybrid business model.
  • Strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure and ability to consistently deliver results.
  • Experience as people manager, at least 2+ years
