Your Purpose
We are seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to join our Fraud Prevention team. In this role, you will be on the front lines, helping protect our users and the company from fraudulent activities and ensuring an exceptional and secure customer experience in Retail.
Reports To
This role reports to the Fraud Prevention Team Lead, within the Fraud Prevention team.
Who You Are
- Proven English fluency (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in fraud prevention, investigations, or risk management.
- Background in customer support or customer-facing roles.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, consistently meeting deadlines.
Your Responsibilities
Fraud Investigations & Case Management
Conduct in-depth reviews of fraud cases, including account takeovers, mule accounts, and scams.Investigate and diligently handle fraud reports received from external banks and partners.Process Improvement & Strategy
Support the calibration and fine-tuning of fraud prevention rules to enhance their effectiveness.Provide actionable insights derived from fraud cases to enhance prevention strategies and tools.Ensure quality and drive the continuous improvement of internal fraud prevention processes.Collaboration & Execution
Collaborate on impactful projects with cross-functional and multicultural teams.Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.Who We Are
