This position requires fluency in Spanish and English.

Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of related business and managerial experience
Working knowledge of the automotive industry

Preferred Requirements

Ability to engage a diverse workforce

Demonstrated use of Lean Principles to solve problems

Knowledge of ISO and TS Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

Direct daily plant activities of 1300+ team member facility, including supervision of salaried staff.

Champion of plant continuous improvement activities (BOS, Lean, TVM, Kaizen).

Identify and track key measures to monitor facility / function effectiveness, and set and monitor staff goals and objectives.

Drive development of facilities processes and future capabilities.

Ensure all customer requirements are maintained to the highest standard.

Employee must perform his / her job within acceptable quality, productivity, and performance standards as outlined in plant policies, handbooks, and applicable work instructions.
