The Implementation Team is at the heart of Qualtrics. The initial onboarding experience and solution delivery establish the client relationship and set the tone for the partnership. We understand our clients’ goals and, as trusted advisors, recommend solutions to the challenges they face. We listen carefully to our clients and advocate for customers internally, driving operational improvements and product enhancements.
How You’ll Find Success
- Successfully onboard our clients, implement and deliver customer projects, driving them from inception to production go-live
- Deliver solutions of value to our customers, ultimately resulting in high renewal and expansion rates
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, and be a creative and analytical problem-solver
- Support the Product team to improve product features and, in time, the Sales team in pursuit of large deals
- Explain and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Most importantly, you care deeply about our clients and provide them a world-class experience

Rapidly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutionsDesign and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and workSolve complex technical implementations independently and in a teamClearly communicate solutions back to clients through multiple channelsEnable clients on the XM Platform and related solutionsLead implementation projects to completion, including client relationships, schedule, risks, issues, and resourcesCoordinate with the Engagement Manager and other internal account team membersCollaborate with Product Management and Engineering to solve problems and deliver custom engineering solutionsContribute to the team’s knowledge base with lessons learned and best practicesContinuously deepen product knowledge and stay updated on emerging technologiesWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume
4+ years of experience contributing to project-based teams delivering technical solutions and applying the full research / product lifecycle with demonstrable resultsBachelor’s degree or higher in Quantitative Sciences or related fieldsExperience delivering technical solutions that drive business valueExperience in project management is beneficial but not requiredStrong logical reasoning and coding skills in any software development languageExcellence in written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and adapting in a rapidly changing environmentStakeholder-facing experience explaining difficult concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience at a SaaS / Technology / Consulting company is a plusFluency in English; additional languages beneficialWhat You Should Know About This Team
