Payroll Expert- LATAM || Job is based out of Puebla, Mexico
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparation, calculation and supervision of payrolls.
- Accounting of income, expenses, provisions, etc.
- Bank reconciliations, account depurations, financial statements, etc.
- Record supplier accruals, personal expense vouchers, credit card vouchers, expense
reimbursements and petty cash reimbursements.
Preparation and stamping of customer invoices.Recording and associating customer collections and vendor payments.Attention and customer service in order to provide a personalized service.Annual federal and deferred tax returnsRecorded risk reports IMSS, SAT.Indispensable advanced / intermediate English.Report to payroll manager on payroll issues and changes.Manages external Payroll vendors.Below requirements :
Experience and Knowledge with LATAM payroll (Excluding Mexico) is a must.4-7 years of relevant experience working with payroll, generation of accountingpolicies, tax calculation and knowledge, working with SUA, invitations of SAT and
IMSS, etc.
Experience in processing payrolls 200-300 HC.Experience working with labor and financial entitiesExperience in handling payroll implementation will be an added advantage.Bachelor Degree in Accounting.Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solutionStrong time management skills with attention to detail, laser focused approach ondelivery of results.
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem solving skills.Bilingual (English-Spanish) Intermediate level.Should be ready to work from the office, below mentioned is address.Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :
