Purpose of RoleThe purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences aligned with the International Baccalaureate philosophy and standards. The IB Teacher fosters inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding, preparing students to become knowledgeable, reflective, and responsible global citizens. The role includes supporting students’ academic growth, personal development, and commitment to the IB Learner Profile while ensuring the implementation of the program’s curriculum framework with fidelity and excellence.ISP PrinciplesBegin with our children and students.
