FP Alpha is the first AI-driven, comprehensive, advanced financial planning solution that enables advisors to provide actionable and personalized recommendations to clients across over 16 financial planning disciplines and is complementary to their current comprehensive financial planning software, starting where it stops.

FP Alpha is seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer based in Mexico to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US estate law. This role will be based within our Operations team in Mexico City and will play a crucial role in supporting our US operations.

Reviewing estate documents and contracts.

Extracting relevant estate data from documents.

Inputting estate data into internal software accurately.

Collaborating with the legal team in the US to ensure compliance with US estate laws.

Providing legal insights and recommendations to our internal teams to enhance our services.

Quality Assurance :

Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed FP Alpha’s standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in estate law.

Licensed to practice law in Mexico.

Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Strong understanding of Mexican estate law.

An understanding of US estate law is required.
