We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Business Analyst (BA) with proven experience in cloud-based projects and a valid AWS Cloud Practitioner certification . The selected candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, supporting cloud solution design, and serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.

This is a strategic role supporting both pre-sales and project delivery, and the candidate will be presented as a key profile in an active proposal.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for cloud-based systems.
Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for development teams.
Participate in cloud architecture discussions and recommend AWS services aligned with best practices.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Support proposal and estimation processes by providing input on business requirements, risks, and assumptions.
Assist in creating process flows, data mapping, and system documentation.
Identify and communicate gaps, inconsistencies, or issues in current systems and propose optimized solutions using AWS services.

Technical Requirements

Valid AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (mandatory).

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on cloud-based projects (preferably AWS).

Strong understanding of AWS concepts, services, and frameworks.

Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish , both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting pre-sales or proposal teams.

Exposure to cloud migration projects or digital transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
