Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Casino Fraud Analyst with proven experience in both cryptocurrency and online casino environments. You will be at the frontline of detecting, preventing, and investigating fraudulent activity across our crypto-first casino platform.

You’ll monitor transactions on-chain and off-chain, analyse player behaviour for irregular patterns, and design proactive controls to safeguard the business from financial crime, abuse, and money laundering. Working closely with product, compliance, and risk teams, you’ll help refine fraud strategies, strengthen AML processes, and maintain the highest standards of operational integrity.

This is a night-shift role, typically 22 : 00–06 : 00 UTC+2, covering European evening and overnight hours to ensure continuous fraud monitoring and platform protection.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of blockchain transactions and fraud detection tools with a solid understanding of casino products, player behaviour, and gaming operations. Strong analytical ability, proficiency with Excel and data analysis platforms, and meticulous attention to detail are essential to protecting both the company and our players, ensuring a secure, fair, and trusted gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Monitoring : Analyse blockchain transactions (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) and payment activity to identify anomalies, suspicious patterns, or high-risk behaviours.
• Player Behaviour Analysis : Monitor wagering activity and game patterns to detect unusual behaviour, exploitation attempts, or bonus abuse.
• Risk Assessment : Evaluate new products, third-party providers, and player activity to identify potential fraud and financial crime risks.
• Compliance & Controls : Ensure adherence to AML regulations, KYC procedures, and responsible gaming policies, embedding best practices into fraud prevention processes.
• Investigations : Lead investigations into escalated accounts, withdrawal requests, and complex fraud cases, gathering evidence to support resolution and enforcement.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Use analytical tools and a data-driven mindset to detect fraud trends, prepare detailed reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (risk, technical, customer support, compliance) and external payment providers to resolve issues and exchange intelligence.
• Platform Integrity : Safeguard the integrity of the casino by proactively identifying and mitigating new fraud threats across crypto and gaming environments.
• Fraud Reporting & Strategy : Manage fraud case records, quantify financial impact, and contribute to the ongoing development of fraud prevention strategies.
