Ensure product availability across all channels, maximize profitability, and support administrative and financial operations through strategic coordination of finance, procurement, production, and distribution.
Job Role
- Lead a cross-functional team managing procurement, production planning, distribution logistics, and financial reporting.
- Ensure growth initiatives by developing and implementing pricing strategies, cost reduction strategies and margin optimizations, aligned with the business objectives and market positioning.
- Coordinate raw material sourcing, production planning, and logistics to ensure service level targets are met. By managing relationships and negotiations with suppliers and co-packers.
- Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, expense tracking, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
- Provide commercial and marketing teams with actionable insights from data analysis through sales and financial reports.
- Ensure product specifications and standards are met. By collaborating with R&D on product development, trial evaluations, co-packer development and quality control of final products and raw materials.
