Sourcing Senior Manager - Professional Services

Job Summary

As a Professional Services Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Acuity’s global professional services strategy. In this role, you’ll lead sourcing and supplier management across consulting, staff augmentation, temporary labor, and recruitment agencies, ensuring the business has access to the right partners at the right value. You’ll be trusted to drive supplier renewals, lead strategic sourcing initiatives for new needs, and bring category strategies to life in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and renew contracts for software agreements across the enterprise (45%)

• Align with process partners on contract terms, timelines, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with Acuity’s corporate standards and reporting requirements.

Support the sourcing of new requirements (30%)

• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, conduct market analysis, and run RF(x) processes.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting, while ensuring smooth implementation and management of supplier SLAs.

Forecast costs and develop budgets (10%)

• Work with Finance and business leaders to establish a 12-month outlook.
• Enhance analytics capabilities to improve cost management and forecasting accuracy.

Contribute to category strategy and supporting analysis (10%)

• Analyze contract terms and category plans to identify opportunities.
• Research emerging technologies and trends to inform sourcing strategy.
• Map applications across the organization to identify opportunities for consolidation and synergy.

Invest in professional and team development (5%)

• Enhance personal skillsets while supporting the growth and capability development of peers and process partners.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

• Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
• Program Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required; Power BI and Power Apps preferred).
• Language Experience: English (required).
• CPSM Certification (a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of the strategic sourcing process, with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong track record of negotiating contracts in consulting, staff augmentation, temporary labor, and recruitment services.
• Experience with Fieldglass (a plus).
• Advanced data analysis capabilities with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a creative, collaborative growth mindset.
• Availability to travel up to ~10% based on business needs.
